First thing's first, I have a set date for moving out of Oke house, Sunday, May 10. I know I will really miss my friends, but I will still have opportunities to visit them.
Then, if I can get the money worked out, I'm planing on spending a week in Seattle during the middle of May. My friend Rachel moved out there this summer, so I'll be staying with her. It's still a bit iffy but I'm pretty determined to go. I've wanted to go for a long time now and this is a perfect time for me to take a quick trip. Not to mention, there's always that part of me that dreams about living there one day. This is my first step to see how legitimate that dream is. If I actually like it as much as I do in my dreams, then. . . who knows?
My last big plan is by far the most life changing. Today I started the application process for pursuing a Masters in Evangelism and Church Planting through Liberty University. That is right, not a history program, not an English program, a seminary program. I talked to an admissions counselor a couple hours ago, and it is pretty definite that I'd be accepted. I'd be taking online classes, so my schedule will be flexible for having a "real" job. Another thing great about this program is that it's ridiculously cheap for grad school and my degree can easily be finished in two years. But yet, I'll still need some aid initially, so I hope that works out. And perhaps the craziest thing is that I may start classes as soon the end of June.
So yeah.
